Chair was easy to assemble (20 mins) based on the instructions provided. Quality of the chair is good, movements are smooth but the seat of the chair is shaped such that it has curves on the edges. So when you sit, your legs land on those curves which is not comfortable. Unlike other chairs which has flat seats have no such issue. Other thing you might feel sweaty in this chair since there is movement of air, again unlike my previous chair while had a perforated back for the flow of air. Also, I am comparing the overall quality of this chair with my earlier chair (8K). I am finding this as certainly overpriced. This shouldn’t be more than 13-14K.

For working professionals like us who have to sit for a prolonged period of time in front of computers, it’s important that we have a chair that supports and take care of our back. I have used a few other options sourced locally during the WFH period, but none helped to match the comfort of office chairs. But this GreenSoul Fiction is different. Take the Fiction, Monster, Beast, or Vision, you can’t go wrong with any of these.

After a gamer friend of mine purchased the Monster version of the chair from green soul, I decided to go for the upgraded version, the Fiction. By far, one of the best purchases I have made. The chair is easy to assemble, fair, clear instructions on assembly, took me about 40 to 45 minutes individually. If you have someone to asemble with, it could be done within 20 to 30 minutes.Speaking of the comfort, I have found the chair to be extremely comfortable and ergonomic for the back. Although I do not use the neck support because I feel the cushion is a tad bit thicker, no complaints though.Chair goes all the way 180 degrees to the back. Its multiple adjustments make it possible to adjust the seating, hand rest in all ways possible. That’s brilliant.Lastly, the customer service is outstanding. The guys at green soul, (mr. Tarun who was in contact with me) called me to ask if the product had been delivered, any issues with the delivery, or assembly, and overall the exprience was quite fantastic. 10/10 would recommend further.

The product is amazing! It has it all! Cool design, vivid colour options, easy to assemble(took me just 18 minutes to assemble), comfortable, ergonomically sound, has amazing set of functions which enhance it’s utility. But that’s not all! Green Soul has amazing customer service too! And it is a local initiative as well! I recommend this chair to everyone. 11/10 🔥

I initially had a problem with the chair as it was making lot of noise but the green soul customer service approached me and sent over a technician who was able to completely fix the issue!The chair itself is of fairly decent quality and quite comfortable to sit on for long hours. It has a lot of customizable features for you personalize it for yourself.
