I am actually reviewing this product after 1 month. Initially when I placed my order I received it with dent ,the next day I got it replaced with the new one . Now recently I misplaced my rotessarie rod at home so I immediately called the customer service and placed an Oder it got delivered within2 days with free of cost by dtdc . Agaro customer service agent SamPath was very responsive and resolved my needs immediately within 2 days . I highly recommend AGARO to anyone who is looking for budget friendly OTG since it’s customer service and the product is very good

Packaging was adequate and there does not appear to be any damage. Build quality of the product for the price range is good. Just received the product and yet to use for baking / grilling, however, tried all the controls when I switched it on for the first time and it seems to be quite easy to use and straightforward.
