I had a very bad experience, the box seal was opened, I called Amazon and requested a replacement, replacement took 6 days kept delaying for no reason. Finally the product arrived. The seal is just a white tape and doesn’t have a VGUARD seal. Also I noticed this product is Made in China, I thought this was VGUARD India, now am concerned about the durability. I called customer care to have the installation supportInstallation guy came the next day, he didn’t no use the nails that came with the product instead he took of the nails from my old geyser , when I asked him why not the company provided, he said the nail won’t fit properly on wall and will slip.He was in a real hurry and didn’t explain all the features, he asked me to check the booklet and use remote.I had to let him go, as he is fit only to install and not to explain, I didn’t see him wear any uniform or company ID card.He is one of VGUARD brand spoilerPROSSleek looksNICE bright LED display of target and current water tempEasy to use remoteNoise less operationCONSWhen I kept in 50 degree, when the water touched the 50 degree mark, i didn’t feel the water has achieved 50 degrees, whereas the old geysers for 50 degrees C, the water is hot and would be sufficient for 2 to use the water, I strongly feel there is lack in heating capacity.No indication on the cutoff.

It is a good product but my first order was damage so replacement was done. Therefore I’m giving 4 stars rating. Technician installed it nicely but couldn’t explain all of its features. Product looks solids and modern. It heats up water in a descent time and keeps hot for long time. It’s easy to operate through remote since all basic functions are included.
