First of all, Thanks to Cloudtail & Gati Express for delivering it in countryside location like mine.Talking about Build quality, The sides are metal and the top is plastic. one disappointing thing is the control panel (buttons area) is a label kind of material which has some bumps and lumps in some area. A machine worth 15k (MRP 20K) should have glass instead of that.Performance is better than expected. some people here complain about wash quality but I don’t see any dirt or stains in clothes.. will update if I find something.The door hinge mechanism is kinda cool. u just give a little push and it closes slowly by itself., I wish this could work in the same way when opening.& MOST IMPORTANT: the “Air Dry” is a bummer. the term is just misleading. it will just spin ur clothes for upto 1.30hrs.

Brand: LG so far never disappoint us, we are using maximum LG appliance# This machine has inverter motor + 5 star rating save electricity# Not measured but i must say this machine consume less water than semi automatic# No noise at all, buzzer will let u know when work done, however buzzer sound is low if you keep machine in noisy balcony# really easy to use, there are pre-designed programs you need to set then relex# There are manual setting also for wash, rinse and spin,, like you can set as per your need (rinse+spin) (only spin) etc# not sure if hard water will cause harm for machine, but we purchased hard water filter (for 1k INR from amazon) using this at water inlet point, just for safe side in case your area water is hard# LG i feel is an top brand in home appliances, picked this machine over IFB, Samsung and bosch,,, however prices are almost same for all those brands# 5 star for amazon for offer which gave me 1k festival discount, on time delivery and demo.

Washing machine nice and value for money . But LG service waste . The representative came for installation and he really don’t give value for customers . He don’t have patience at all . He did not explains the programs first he don’t know the programs . He did not wait for some time . He said After installing the inlet pipe his work is over. Don’t send these people to the customers for the installation.

The media could not be loaded.
Within two months two time called LG service person. Some weird sound come from motor side.LG service person replaced the gear box and now it is working fine. Will keep updating the post after observing some more time.Update after 8 month. After replacement of gear box it is working fine. No noise and no issue works perfectly…

Washing:=======Washes well, no remnant soapyness on clothes/smell, no lint left on clothes.All the dirt collected within the lint filter, must be cleaned with every wash, otherwise, it hardens and gets difficult to get rid of.Washing Controls/options:=====================Pretty decent with 8 functions like Normal/Jeans/wool/Quick wash etc.8 options of water fill levelNoise:======Very much noiseless.If the clothes are lumped together, there is little bit side-banging. Pause the machine and redistribute the clothes to avoid that.Build:======Looks sturdy, both the external side and the drum.Additional benefits:===============Comes with a rat mesh, which is pretty decent. It must be correctly put in the grooves under the machine, otherwise, it will open up to let rats inside.Would have liked better:===================if the machine lid is opened while it is in filling water etc., the machine run stops with error to indicate that lid is open.It does not restart automatically. after lid is closed. we need to press “pause/start” twice to resume.My older LG model used to restart automatically after closing the lid.The length of the power wire is bit short. so incase the plug point is a bit away from the place your water inlet is, you would need a power extender.Overall:=======Does what it is supposed to do.Very good for an entry level automatic washing machine.Perfect value for money.
