Although microwave is good as expected from IFB, But stater kit is very cheap quality mainly plastic. My idly maker got melted in just 3 minutes of heating and now it is of no use.

Excellent product and value for money.Looks amazing.Not much of noise.easy to clean.build quality is good.Demo was done in 15 minutes.Thats really not enough for microwave with so much of options.The person who came for Demo was gentle,nice and polite.unfortunately he was not fluent in English or hindi.(no offense, it can happen).But it will be better if IFB can ask customer about language preference and schedule accordingly.Sometimes local languages alone may not be sufficient.I would have given 5* if demo was coordinated ovell well.Pros:Micro+Grill+Convection.Steam clean.Great looks.Free microwave safe cookware and cookbook.Sometimes you get some ifb cookware -plastic free.Cons:A mind blowing device to work with.so many of options.may take time to get used to.The hole is marginally little.Demos need improvement.

This microwave oven is too good. But the keypad is not good. Some portion of lamination’s skin of keypad is come out in just 10 days use.
