The product is well-made and sturdy. There is absolutely nothing extra flashy about this cycle (that isn’t required). This cycle meets my requirement for a basic simple cycle.
This package does not include a cycle stand, side stabilizing wheels, or a ring bell. It took me 1.5 – 2 hours to assemble it on my own without assistance. This model does not have specific assembling instructions. HERO appears to have taken the assembly instructions lightly.
I recommend getting your kid a 20T cycle even if they are 4-5 years old, initially it looks bigger to them. Nevertheless, they will manage and this size will still be suitable for them until they reach 9-10 years old.
Lastly, even if you buy locally, go for brands like Hero, Hercules, Atlas, etc. Despite the fact that the cycle looks attractive, the workmanship lags far behind other local brands.

Over all quality of product is good but the break handle quality is not good & right break handle is wrongly fitted as we can see the screw at the top & it is so weak that just by applying break once it broke. Stand & reflectors are missing/ not supplied

Very sturdy, stylish, original HERO product and easy to assemble. Value for money(I bought it for 2999 during the festival sale). Ideal for kids about 120cm hight.Need to buy a stand and bell separately as it’s not included in the order.

Product is fit and sturdy. This cycle is literally has no extra flashy things (which are not required). I always looked for basic simple cycle and this cycle does the purpose. My son is happy for his 5th year birthday gift.Cycle stand, side stabilizing wheels, ring bell are not part of this package. Bought next door, which I found cheaper. I did not opt for service and assembled on my own took 1.5 – 2 hrs. Opt the same if your are not sure. Assembling instructions are general not specific to this model. It looks like HERO took asssembling instruction very lightly.I recommend to buy 20T cycle for your kid even they are 4-5 year, initially cycle looks bigger for them. But they will manage and this size will still be suitable them till they get 9-10 year old. This is self experience as my daughter is 9y old n she user her 20T cycle till date.Lastly, even you guys buy locally then go for brand like HERO, HERCULES, ATLAS etc. As they huge workmanship gaps with other local brands, even though cycle looks attractive.
