I got it 2days before and looks great without any defect…Working goodly so far…Shape of stove will be square and it may suit all kitchens (pls check your kitchen shelf dimension & compare with this stove spec.Space to use bigger utensils is good bcos the big sized burner (2nos) are diagonally placed in stove and makes easier.100% copper burner100% Blue flameDurability point of view …ill write a review after using it for 6months.Overall its a great deal to go withThis Butterfly 4burner in this budjet.After 2 months of search (Research😉)…I found this one… So consider my review while buying.

The product is v good.. looks nice. But it broke while cleaning. The glass shattered completely. I’ve posted a pic. It can be v dangerous. I cut my hand v badly. I have stuck it with cello tape and using it. I called the butterfly gas to replace the glass. I waited for 3 weeks and waiting. But they do not respond to my calls. Now they have stopped picking my phone. The after sales service is very very poor. I contacted mr Pradeep and mr Saravana from butterfly but they are not helpful at all. Very dissatisfied with this brand. They said that you have bought it online.. so they are not supposed to repair or replace. Bad experience. I’ll never buy butterfly gas stove.

I have ordered this 4 burner stove as a gift for house warming ceremony of my aunt. When I bought it, the price of the product was Rs.6495/-. I have still not gifted it as their ceremony was postponed a bit, now when someone asked me to send the link of the stove I ordered I was shocked to see that now the price of the same stove is Rs.3529/-.I have always ordered big appliances and most of my household products from “Cloudtail India”, they were very professional and always delivered genuine products with safe packaging, so I kind of developed a trust on them. But this time, I am really surprised to see the product price reduced almost 3k in a month, it is very unrealistic. I agree that sometimes prices fluctuate but it should be mostly up to Rs.500 based on sale or events, but the difference of 3000 is very inconsistent. I just don’t understand how a product worth of 6500 will be selled at almost half price in a month.

Butterfly has the very bad customer service. I had to follow 12-15 times to get my gas stove converted from LPG to PNG and it took them 16 days to do so. The product is good as long as you don’t need to call customer care. Lousy customer service. The conversion charges are Rs 500 for most of the gas stove but butterfly charges Rs 900 and you have to follow up and get it done. If you get it done on your own then the warranty is not applicable. Either they must service on time or allow customer to do it on their own.

Thanks amazon for promoting this nice standerd butterfly brand product.Now after 3monthsWith in 3months gas control nob came out.Product is not that much quality.I am trying for company response. After I reviewed multiple negative reviews I was wary of buying it but bought anyway, after arriving we waited and order a gas service man and asked to fit it, after fitting the product is perfect, I think it is easy to connect and all but if someone connecting themselves please refrain as we may not know if any gas leakage is happening
