Mixie is very nice.Being 750 Watt it starts with a thud. One must have a very tight grip on the jar which is being used.It’s comfortable to have a tight grip on small jars while it’s difficult to have a tight grip on the bigger jars. I think butterfly should provide bigger jars with the external locking system. Like 3 clipping locks on the cover of the jar so that it can be locked.Otherwise it’s working well till now. Been a week I am using. No complain at all. Design is very eye catching.

At first I was scared to buy this item looking at customer 1 star reviews and photos. Item was delivered damaged or missing some parts and there was no return policy on the page.Since I liked the looks, power and price of the mixer I desperately wanted it.I quickly called up customer service and got a clear confirmation about return policy which said the item can be returned and get a full refund or they will send a new item if damaged.So why a second thought… I ordered it and touch wood it’s working as expected.Overall a fantastic product on amazon 😊
