I bought UV+RO+MTDS Model 3 weeks before and product got delivered in weeks time as it came all the way from Gurgaon to Chennai.CAUTION: Don’t expect Eureka Forbes to call you for installation instead you had to raise request based on the message from amazon a day prior to product deliveryInstallation:Service person offered me to get an external filter as it would save life of your purifier to an extend(if am interested) which costed 1.2k(Seems huge as I’ve seen other reviews where PPL says they got it for 900 bucks)LEAKAGE:After a day of installation I noticed there is a leakage from the bottom of my purifier and immediately took a video of it and raised a return request to amazon and enquired the process for return and replacement.REPLACEMENT:Thank god and thanks to amazon customer service as they understood the problem and immediately they raised return and replacement request for my old and new product during the phone conversation itself. It was very seamless experience.Within 4 days I got the new product and requested EF for installation once again. Same service person came and asked howcome I returned my first product…. To my surprise I was told that product will be reviewed by person who installed and he used to recitfy the issue on damaged product. New product on return and replacement would happen only if service person say that the product is damaged.Thankfully I didn’t had to go thru that process.Water purifier:Best part of this purifier is TDS controller.. since I read many articles about the TDS levels , I asked the service person to maintain it between 150 to 300 as WHO recommends to take anything between 150 to 500 and not more than that.I don’t have any issues so far. Water tastes good and happy with the service(both amazon and EF) . Will keep you posted after using it for a month or so

1. Good Product and Installation service.2. For Installation technician name- Ragul explained clearly and details about the purifier. Also installation was very quick and professional way of response. We are very happy with the installation service.3. About aquaguard the product was compact and good quality4. The product comes with 1 yr warranty and service is very good here from aquaguard.

Review after 1 week usage:Overall its a top class product!!!Sometimes people who buy the product and get satisfied they don’t bother to give rating for the product. On the other hand, people who face any issue they provide their experience. This is the reason most of the reviews indicate negative details. This is a fact that if someone gets faulty product or face any issue in the installation they have right to get the resolution, so Eureka Forbes must respond to such feedbacks.About product: Its very cool and esthetics are awesome.Function, specially auto of on full-tank is amazing.So I would suggest go for it.Tip for people who face delay in installation: Just search for local agency who provide AMC for Aquaguard water purifier, call them and tell your installation request number. Either they will reply when it will be installed, or they will provide the contact details for concerned person.

The unit is sleek. Blends well with my kitchen. The water tastes great and the unit is very easy to use and the noise while filtering is a soft hum so no complaints there! But we were most impressed with their quick installation and the quality of their technician. Aquagaurd assigned a technician within 24 hours of the Amazon delivery and the technician who came to install the unit was courteous, patient, detailed and did an impeccable job of setting the whole unit neatly. Very impressed with the care he took in terms of the aesthetics of setting up the unit neatly. So far a happy consumer! (Writing this review after 1 week of usage)

It’s looks great in my kitchen… water test is good.Engineer Sumit installed it in 15 min and gave proper demo. I have paid Rs 350/- for T tap connection to control the water flow . If you already have such connection you don’t need to pay/ or you can purchase on your own. Installation is free of cost.Note: I am using this product in wagholi area with municipal water where water tds is around 57 which is below 200 and this product UV+UF is perfect match for such condition. I should not use RO for such criteria as TDS will go to around 3 to 10 which is not good for drinking. TDS should be above 30 as per technician.

Pros-1 very elegant design and looks2 easy to install3 superfast delivery by amazon…took just 2 days from placing an order to getting fitted ready to use4 best part installation within 2 hrs of delivery…best after sales installation service by euraka ForbesCons-Not found yet but just one thing….make ur personalized installation request or wait till they acknowledge your purchase but this is even easier than ordering because u just need to watsapp them your purchase detailsAll in all…..leave all misleading reviews aside and protect your family’s well being with this masterpiece…. brilliant work

Awesome product.Easy to install and perfect to use.This filter is only for Municipal Water where TDS (Total Dissolved Salts) in water < 200. To check water TDS, you can buy a TDS meter from Amazon (approx INR 300). For boring water / tanker water the TDS > 200 and sometimes it is greater than 500. You need to consider RO filter.Eureka products are good and installation is smooth. You may encounter few issues during installation but these are manageable.Water is clean and taste without any odour. Worth spending money.I recon, the expense in maintaining such machines would be a max of INR 2000 unless you break something.

Local services partner & service engineer Done a great job.Only issue was, I ordered it in prime early deal & seller dropped it’s price 3 times in same event. It’s still available at lower price than I ordered. Is it prime worth for ?

there is nothing to write about the quality as the name is big enough to trust the brand. very light weight and easy to install…this doesnt come with external bottles basically filters or candels whatever you call. As it already has in pre fixed filter which is fixed behind the Big Jar. Though the installation guy will suggest to buy..but i personally dont like as it occupies extra space in the kitchen and ruin the whole look of aquaguard.Dislike- it doesnt indicate water level inside the black Jar, i feel there has to be a small light inside the jar or some blink water leveler.Also, the Jar doesnt get empty, as almost half liter of water remains at the bottom, and there is no way to empty it unless you pull out the whole system from the wall and do it manually. Otheriwise it is elegant design adds beauty to your kitchen. Hope this review is helpful. Pls give a thumbs up🙏👍

I ordered this RO as I got transferred to a remote rural posting.. about 150 kms from Nagpur Maharashtra. Eureka Forbes called me saying they will send some one But now it’s almost 3 month’s no person from Eureka Forbes visited after several call and follow ups.About the RO machine-1 Ro purifier is quite advance and does it job well2 I use it with well water and taste and tds are perfect3 I had installed and made the fitting from a local RO vendor4 if Eureka Forbes person does not shows up the it would be difficult in installing5 my personal experience says that Forbes service is available only in cities. So if you live in tehsil or taluka do enquire about service.Please noteTo change the filers I have to take it to nagpur..( the filters)

I am this using this brand’s product since the last 15 yrs. This model comes with mineraliser. The water tastes different but it is good for health. I really like this product. The design of this product is eye-catching.I can accommodate this water purifier on the table. It is very easy to use but price of this water purifier is high than other water purifiers with same specifications.

PERFORMANCE & FUNCTIONALITY: ExcellentAs TDS in my area is below 280ppm naturally so I didn’t opted for RO and went for UV+UF following guidelines of WHO & ICMR. The 7 litres tank gets filled in 20mins. Runs quietly and no leakage, no problems whatsoever. Operates on 24 watt only so for 6000 litres it will consume around 8 to10 units of electricity only. The company says the internal filters are needed to be replaced every 6000-7000 litres also the machine will inform you when to change the filters with different colour LED lights and once the filters are exhausted completely the machine will lock itself and no more water will be filtered for your health safety. 6 stage purification and copper enhanced water is absolutely Crystal clear & excellent in all aspect.WATER TASTE: UV+UF machines doesn’t reduces the TDS. It removes all organic+inorganic+bacteri+virus everything from water except dissolved salts which counts for TDS. So excellent in taste.BUILD QUALITY: This machine looks gorgeous and elegant. No hideous large stickers pasted here n there. Absolute beauty. Also the plastic construction is very sturdy & durable. The tank is plastic too with insect prevention lid on top. Very happy with build quality and gorgeous looks. Dimensions: length 33cm x breadth 27cm x height 43cm with 180cm long power cord with LED indicator power adapter.SERVICE & TECHNICIANS: Experiences may vary region to region but in my town whenever I call the technician arrives the same day or next day also they are honest and highly skilled. They never pursued me of buying any external filters whatsoever. It was me, I knew the need of iron filter and fitted it by myself. Very professional behavior. All the necessary plumbing kits came free inside box and the technician came after 1 day of delivery by amazon, fitted the whole thing under 30 mins and left, no money involved.

I have been using Aquaguard purifier since last 22 years. This is my third one. The old one is still working. But I decided to buy a new model just like that.It gives you excellent service with least troubles. The only negative point was about the delay in Installation. It was basically because of a dumb service person and nothing much to do with Eureka Forbes or the quality of the product.I would recommend Eureka Forbes water purifier because of it’s sturdiness and quality of filtration. In any case, it’s far better than the other fancy purifiers available in the market

Overall taste of water is Great wondering how I was drinking till now but installation was delayed for 4 days that was disappointingLooks elegant in ur kitchen.Had to buy external filter @900Rs from the guy who came for installation

i called eureka fobes after it got delivered and the guy came the same day afternoon for installation. it was farely easy to install just 1 beacket with 2 screws and one screw for the adapter. he didn’t force any extra filter or asked for any charge. he brought a tds meter and showed me the output of 166 which was fine for me. the product is easy to use. the water tastes okay nothing too special. overall a good deal for essentially 15.5k

Was worried about installation after reading the reviews. Thankfully I had an excellent experience. Amazon automatically scheduled the installation request, service exec called and scheduled appointment as per my schedule, I had to do nothing. Exec was polite and installed it expertly.Do note that they try to sell you the additional filter, I declined and the exec said it was not mandatory. I have been using a UV+UF for the past 7+ years without any external filter with no issues, so this is most likely not needed if you get municipal water supply. They did not care that I bought it online or through the store. I did have to purchase a T connector worth 300.I have an aquaguard at my home for thenlast several years and have an excellent service experience through AMC. Unlike other brands, their filters are easy to source – remember that you need to replace filters every 6 months to 1 year, so don’t opt for a brand where you need to hunt for filters later.

During my research for a water purifier I had hiked on to Aquaguard Aura as I am using water provided by municipality and did not want a RO.The cons mentioned in reviews were two – delay in installation and leakages.Pros were many.Well I purchased the item online through Amazon , delivery was through Prime – no delays in that.Must place it on record that despite the COVID curfew, the Aquaguard team headed by Rahul Patel installed the purifier on the 4th day , which is commendable.Installation was professional. I chose to buy the pre sediment filter also ( Rs 900) which was also neatly installed.No leakages what so ever.Though I can’t make out anything special in the water taste, I am assured that my family is getting “good water” with the requisite TDS and minerals.I had a good experience and will recommend the product

If you have a RO (reverse osmosis) filter at your home but hate the taste, you’ve fallen for the propaganda. But since the taste of RO water is bitter, there is still a chance to beat the propaganda which is meant to make humans weak.This filter I’m writing a review for is not RO and boy, the water tastes so delicious.Water has many natural salts in it like calcium, magnesiun salts. RO takes them all out. Only idiots drink RO water.Tds (total dissolved salts) in water at our area Jaipur was 258. This non RO filter kills bad bacteria and removes impurities through a pre filter. It also has a copper adding mechanism to water which is amazing as humans used to eat in copper utensils but modern lifestyle has made us forget all things good.RO makes the Tds go from 250 to 100 which is ridiculous thus making water lose its minerals and taste bitter. You’ll feel thirsty and not want to drink RO water that’s how bad ROs are.Buy this filter. Don’t fall for the RO propaganda. If you have a RO at home, you have two options 1) sell it to someone 2) get a sledgehammer and destroy that thing.5/5 experience with the delicious water that’s tastes natural and quenches the thirst.

Excellent product. Good finish, looks sturdy and nice.Installation: very smooth, quickest, hassle-free installation within a day of delivery (was very surprised at their constant tracking).This is the Aura model (UV+UF) without RO(which I didnt need) but includes the Active Copper component.7L storage and auto cutoff on filling up.Tastes pure and good.(No taste of Chlorine at all and its not taste-less like some bottled water).

This is an Ultra Filter + UV best suited for Municipal Water with a TDS below 350Unlike an RO an UF doesn’t filter minerals like Calcium and Magnesium which are naturally mixed in water which is much beneficial also induces better digestion.Post filtering water is treated in UV chamber to kill bacteria. So this is a perfect and best choice for healthy safe water consumption.The water definitely doesn’t taste like packaged mineral water; but it isn’t awful.. you will get used to it within 2 weeks.Installation was pretty quick, easy and no hassle. We received experienced technicians for that and the whole process didn’t take more than half an hour.Edit on 4 Sep 2021:We have municipal water supply the water is super clean at our house so is the reason why we opted for an UF filter in first place.We ordered and fixed it in March 2021 and our TDS is 230 and the installation person was knowledgeable and explained the filter works well for upto 350 TDS; and to my question about the frequency of replacing the filter he answered: every 12 months.Post the installation, next 3 months we were happy zero complaints, machine was working perfectly fine and then in the first week of Aug 2022, it started to blink frantically which means that it’s time to replace the candle !!! We were flabbergasted!!!It is supposed to work for an year OR 6000 litres usage to reach a point for replacement!!!So, for about 4 days it kept blinking and on the 5th day the led turned pink indicating it stopped taking the water input.We immediately raised a ticket on Eureka Forbes portal and guess what…, they acknowledged only after a week’s time!!! No msg, No call, No email nothing for straight week!!!We kept following up with them, escalating the ticket chain… one fine day one person called and says…, we will replace the filter but you have to pay!!! It’s totally unethical for them to ask like that because the machine is new in the warranty period!! and it was only 3.5 months usage, or it’s impossible for two people to use 6,000 litres in 3.5 months time period either so clearly it’s the machine’s fault or their filter’s incapability that it stopped working in such short notice.We re-escalated the ticket, we didn’t step down ar all… another person called after 3 days, said it may take a month to get a replacement, another call after few days says the issue moved to a manager who approves, and another call saying it moved to next level manager it may or may-not be approved… and this list goes on and on….We gave them firm reply; saying that we have listed down all the stunts they pulled and tried to intimidate or suffocate us without water for a few days to bend us to purchase the replacement on our own, that we will take this to social media…After that within 4 days; on 29 Aug 2021 their installation personal called and bought the replacement filter didn’t charge a penny :)They took 25+ Days, endless stunts, countless drama for fixing their own faulty filter!!! Worst post installation service is an understatement…Eureka Forbes is Zero Trustable Zero Ethics Zero Responsibility!

The product came as per the delivery date indicated. It is a good water purifier. Looks good as well. The installation was very smoothly done. Mr. Sanal who came to install the purifier was a very well behaved and nice gentleman. Have been using this for 2 weeks. So far no issues. Has 1 year warranty given by company. I plan to go for 1 year extended warranty from the company, once the existing warranty finishes.

Aqua Guard, as always you are the best!Review after 1 month:1. Very great design2. Less water wastage3. Service & Installation is perfectIn our locality, TDS is high, so installation person has advised to put a pre filter and he charged 1200/- for thatVery timely installation, they came to us, the next day it was delivered. He took care of all the drilling and other workCopper part for the water purifier is for the outlet itself and has nothing to do with the storage. I dont see a great usage for copper here.Initially taste was not that good. So, booked for service, the next day and changed the TDS manually opening the purifierService is really really greatI dont have any other issues till date, only thing is my product isn’t registering on app and technical team are saying this new product and it would take some time for thatEverything is great with this purifier. Guys go for it without any thought!
