Received the Grinder jar in defective condition. Accordingly a complaint was lodged with the customer care. But after 10 days of my complain no fruitful result towards resolving my issue has been taken. Don’t know whether Inalsa has any customer service or every thing is just a gimmic. Disgusted from the purchase. Nvr had such bitter experience while transacting with amazon. After about a month a technician visited and changed the defective Jar . Now everything is fine.

Bought this from the seller Unique Dealss. Highly disappointed with the product. Can’t believe Inalsa can produce such a poor model.1. The disc blades are too small. There is a one-inch gap between the edge of the blade and the processor bowl. Large pieces of vegetables (about a quarter of the total material) pass through the gap into the bowl and get mixed with the grated/shredded vegetable. The attached photos show the gap and the pieces of ungrated vegetable.2. Forget about making idli and dosa as it refuses to grind urad dal or rice. I had to take out my old 500-watt Maharaja Whiteline to complete the job. The rotating part of the motor where the jar/bowl attaches is made of relatively soft rubber. It seems this (probably) becomes flexible on getting even slightly warm and is unable to turn the blade. This happens even on pureeing a few batches of boiled spinach.The seller or the manufacturer should either return or replace this with a different model.Edit (24/2/2019): Sent an email to Inalsa customer care and also complained through their website on 11 Feb 2019. No response till date. Pathetic. Lost faith in Inalsa.Edit (March 2019): After 2 emails to Inalsa, Customer Care responded. A technician took the appliance to the service centre. The second problem was resolved, but the first problem still exists.

Looking at the bad the reviews I was unsure about the quality, but then all products have mixed reviews and I picked this unit based on my past good experience with Inalsa product.This product was delivered in good condition.It’s easy and convenient to use. Have been using it for 2 weeks now and have not faced any issue. The plastic and steel quality of jar is impressive and sturdy. Blades and good and machine noise is also better than what I have seen in last 20 years.Inalsa customer service was prompt and called for the feedback and demo at home.I am happy with the product, hope this will work well for next couple of years.

I did a lot of research and found positive and negative aspects of other brands which confused me. Ultimately I decided on this after going through its features and design. Believe me it is a superb product. Price is a bit higher but no regrets as the performance is excellent. Juice, atta kneading, puree, shakes,lassi, chutney etc are just superb quality within no time. If you need a powerful motor with quality jars go for this without any second thought

Very nice product and wrong reviews given by people its bad quality .same as morphy richards may be little better.awesome customer service best and morphy is worst cudtomer service .if any part breaks in two years they replace it no other brand does it what else you want .go for it without thinking buy it.
