The Chair is amazing. The materials used feel top notch. My cat has tried to scratch it but it hasn’t torn like some other cheaper chairs I’ve had.The pillows are great as well as the massager. The vibration is stronger than I thought.The assembly process was easy. All the tools such as Alan Keys were provided.One little issue was that some screws and small parts were not numbered correctly as per instructions. But it shouldn’t really be a problem.

First of all, thanks for delivering it so soon. It was actually earlier than expected date. Packaging was also nice. Never imagined that I’d have to assemble this myself though lol. First I thought this is going to be so hard but thanks to the well written manual, it was a piece of cake. Took some time to assemble but Man it looks niceee!! The wheels are of great quality and doesn’t produce any sound while moving. Chair rotation is also a delight and frictionless. I Didn’t know that it also has a massager while ordering so that came as a sweet surprise. Overall, it’s a super comfy chair and anyone can go for it blindly!!

Well, when it came in I did not had any confidence to install it my self. But with some effort and labor was able to do it. The chair is certainly multipurpose and you can sit long hours and move it as you want. Also, at times I sleep on it also. That reassures the comfort level. The quality is impeccable. If you have the budget this is just awesome!

I was little skeptical before buying this chair but after using it for a while I came to know this is more comfortable than I initially thought Customer service is good called me two times before delivery and after delivery for feedback Assembly is little bit on trickier side and Recliner Mechanism is also little bit hard to start the reclining process

made this purchase recently in 2022, was skeptikal in beginning while ordering the chair, but seeing the packaging i was highly impressed, The assembly took me 20 minutes for which i m gonna upload a video on my youtube.The cushioned chair is superb to use, on the first day itself i was able to play for 4hours without a stop.Overall i will rate it 5/5 starsDefinitely recommend this chair to all.

I received the package in good condition, it was easy to assemble with all the tools provided in the package. The material built quality is top notch and feels so good. Body is sturdy well built. The vibratory is fine but could have been a litte more powerful but no issues with the existing one.
