I opened this product on the next day of receipt, after plugging it in the socket, i could the LED display panel is not display the numbers properly. Could bot use the oven any further as the time and temperature controls could not be used with a faulty LED display screen.The Accesories and baking trays are stainless steel and seem sturdy( was unable to use them though)NOTE FOR THE SELLER:I packed the product into its original condition and requested a return on amazon app. I was given a return id with pick up date and time. But the pick up has not been done still after 4 days of stipulated return date and time.On calling amazon customer service i came to know there was issue with the seller as he did not support return pick up and required self return ( as told by amazon representative).I am waiting for a call back from amazon on further steps. I hope my return is carried out with out any issues

Did a lot of research before buying an OTG-popular brands are morphy Richards, bajaj, usha and prestige. But I noticed lot of complaints, especially regarding temperature control, which is the prime factor in an OTG. Philips has digital settings and beats all others at temperature control, a 98% accurate temp. setting. Easy to use due to this auto setting of temp. and time Toast, Bagel, Pizza, Bake, Broil , Cookies, Roast, Grill, Tikka and Preheat are the 10 diff. options & dat basically covers up everything you can do with an otg. And no need to continually monitor the baking or grilling process. With Philips, you dont have to be a master chef , so go ahead and bake, grill, roast, etc like an expert. However I wished they had a 30 litre option, a little pricey compared to bajaj, prestige , borosil, but worth every penny- its PHILIPS and its digital!!!!Ps: This is an honest review where I took a month researching and reading through reviews, comparing prices and this happened to be the best deal. Iam not paid for this though they should have!!!!

Using it for more than 2 months now. It is very convenient to use & and user friendly as well. It’s a value for money item. The finishing is premium & top notch. Philips did a wonderful job in manufacturing this OTG. It’s digital panel is clearly visible. The different modes are awesome. Everything is automated, you have to just press the stop/start button to initiate or stop. You can set temperatures upto 210°C although it is marked at 195°C. That’s awesome.Will give another review after 4 months ♥️

After extensive use these are my conclusions:PROS:1. Digital controls are handy, minimum temperature variation is 5C against non-digital OTG where it is10C.2. Inbuilt light is useful to have a peek without opening the door.5. AND above all, what matters most for an oven is its quality of cooking and this is where this oven really shines with its nice thorough even baking. Cakes, toasts, cookies all turned out extremely nice with that wonderful golden crust.6. Recipe book is to the point and is clear about what mode and tray to use for each recipe. I have noticed a few variations in temperature required from those mentioned in book for a few recipes but that is alright.Cons:1. Although body of oven seems well made the external knobs feel kinda flimsy, just slightly.2. major disappointment is the handle part that turns hot when oven is hot, to a point where it cannot be held bare handed.3. This oven has no convection. I did some research about convection and what I found was convection’s role is never for better baking it is meant for faster baking, convection is an alternative used when someone is short of time SO what they say about convection is just a marketing hype.4. I am not impressed with baking tray that came along seems not of good quality, not too bad but I will like that to replace in near future.Haven’t it been for these cons this machine would have been so close to perfect. I was in touch with Philips and expressed my concern for QC control department overlooking these critical flaws, while they were courteous enough to reply back they didn’t say much but thanked for letting them know its drawbacks.
