Just using it and I liked it, I will write a review after 6 month also, not too much noise as such as other ac’s are the same noise level. Great after sale service. Must consider this ac at this 43000price. First Impression is Great, let me use it for a few months then I can make an honest review.

I bought on 15th March 22.The product is Good , I got the Old 4 in 1 Cooling type remote attached in the image.After that wrote to carrier twitter support page and they actively followed up on it. and replaced the remote and also updated the software . Best customer service , Satisfied with the AC.One thing is there that if there is any problem if happens They are the best in Customer Service. Trustable Customer service. They actively follow up.I would like to also mention here on that I have 3 different Carrier AC’s and while asking free wet service they provide service like Urbanclap type of experience.

Since i haven’t use this ac much i will right review regarding this after sometime.Let me come directly to the installation part. The installation of ac was pathetic. I don’t know with whom they have collaborated for installation but it was pathetic. These guys are simply here to make you fool. The installation took almost 5 hours.I Will discuss the process in chronological orderIn morning i got a call from the installation service provider named ‘Universal aircon’. I was told that installation will be done today and the charges are 1200 plus 850 rs for stand. In total i have to pay 2050 rs. I asked for the bill than the person said in that case you must have to pay GST. I readily agreed for this.Now they send two guys for installation and after examining the area they said extra copper tube wil require for this which will cost 850 rs per meter and they calculated about one and haf meter tubing will require (this mean 1200 rs) . I agreed for the same however later i realised that for making money they were trying to fit the outer unit at some distance. After lots of drama they have fitted the outer unit at the right place and by doing this no extra copper tubing was required, Infact the already provided tube was few inches more than actually required.They hace charged 100 rs per meter for the extra wire which i gave in cash.At last they provided me a bill of 2419 (excluding the wire).When i asked why they have calculated the GST charges on MRP of outdoor stand they said this was not the MRP, so asked for MRP and they were not sure because it was not printed anywhere.Hence, i said i will only pay GST on installation service and which i have paid.But this was not enough now this person from universal aircon is warning me that you will also require servicing from our company and then we will see.In short they simply make you fool by all means.At last i will advise you be cautious while installing your AC.They are thugs.I also advise the carrier ac to be aware of these thugs if your first impression is like this who will going to notice you later.I stil don’t know about the quality of AC Lets hope it works gud.Edit- THE AC IS WORKING SUPERB HENCE INCREASING THE RATING.5 STAR FOR AC0 STAR FOR INSTALLATION

Got the 1.2T model for around 36.5K (after card discount) in April ’22. Installation was done promptly and the provided copper was more than sufficient. After around 4 days of use, we’ve noticed that it’s quieter than our earlier A/C with good cooling. The remote is surprisingly well designed too. Minimum temperature is 17C. So far so good.There was a minor hiccup with the delivery though as Amazon delivered the 1.2T indoor unit with a 1.5 ton outdoor unit and the Carrier installation people noticed it immediately; we had to get the units replaced which Amazon did promptly. Carrier installation also informed us that we can avail 3 instances of free service within the 1st year.At the time of purchase, Amazon was advertising 1 year warranty on product and 10 years on compressor.

I was very nervous going through some negative reviews but i would like to clear all the mess which is created in reviews.I have purchased the 2022 model and i am writing this review on after 1 week of use.1. Remote is working perfectly fine without any lag.2. Ac cooling is superb. I am already using a carrier ac which I purchased in 2015 and still working absolutely fine no complaints.3. Noise is very low.4. 10ft extra copper pipe is provided.5. Ac has follow me function, self clean, fresh air function and eco mode which is not highlighted anywhere.6. Installation was very smooth paid 850 rs for stand and 999 + gst for installation.7. No stabilizer is requiredFinal verdict, go for it. It is the brand you can trust.

I bought on APR 22.The product is energy efficient ,Cooling is good but I got the Old 4 in 1 Cooling type remote attached in the image.then how can I use 6 in 1 technology as mentioned also I pay for this new one technology. I can’t expect from Amazon Or seller.
