Reviewing after 1 week of use.A good product from bluestar.Highly recommended for guys who lives in high temperature city like delhi.Very good support from amazon. They have installed the AC on same day on date of delivery.They charged 1050(650+400 other wood work) as a installation.It consumes 12 UNIT 8 hours as expected.

Over all Product is good. But literally the company’s after sale service is worst of worst.Total illiterate people in Bluestar customer care that cannot even assign a technician on time.I raised my ticket for replacement of front body of my AC on 11/05/2022 and till today they have not assigned a technician from their authorized service center.More than 4 times I called the customer care and the only standard dialogue I get is ” We are forwarding your issue and will contact you soon”God knows when that SOON will come.. Worssttttt after sales Service who cannot even assign a technician even after 8 days of complaint registered by the customer.

This is the third window AC in our 3bhk flat. The other two are LG inverter window ACs. So, the noise level is lower on those two but the cooling definitely feels more with the non inverter Blue Star window AC.The noise is not much though for a window AC. Cooling is amazing even at 24. Installation was done the next day after it was delivered. Very satisfied with the delivery experience.Installation was also good. We knew they wouldn’t do carpentry work but they helped with stabilizer connection and some other electrical work.Your window noise level, etc depends a lot on the installation work too. So, paying them 100 extra is better than them not doing their best job :DWill update on the energy efficiency part after one month use.
