Good product. But go for solo microwave. Definitely you will be having gas stove. Moreover nobody cooks normal food in microwave. You will not be making food items on this. Just buy a solo oven. The auto cook menu and roti basket are just marketting tricks. Cook food on gas not microwave. don’t fall in marketting trap like me. You will be feeling that it is good as we can cook food. But when you will buy it,you will regret that why you paid 18k when you could bake in just 5k oven!!!! BEWARE OF MARKETING TRAP 😉NO ONE WILL LIKE TO COOK IN OVENJUST USED FOR BAKING. EVEN 5K OVENS ARE SERVING PURPOSE.SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered this for my mom during Covid 19 lockdown time.Its a large oven. It functions smoothly. Doesn’t make noise. Bakes well. reheats within 30 seconds. It’s made of stainless steel cavity.Being beginners to baking this oven makes it very easy.The only sad part is seller Cloud Tail has sent a wobbly oven to me. I tried to get it exchanged but the oven is out of stock. Having paid Rs 18490 I am left with a very good but wobbly oven.

There is an auto cook menu for that and all it does is just to heat up the milk to the temperature required for making curd. Rest everything have to be taken care by us like keeping the milk in a closed dark place undisturbed etc. this could be done on stove and you won’t need microwave for that.All in all very good purchase and I’m very happy about it. No complaints.

Buying big appliances online has its concerns and a comprehensive review can help decide.I bought the 32 Litres model offline two years ago after some market research. I got a mere 10 % discount while here it is available at 20 % discount and during great Indian sale the discount can be even more, so buying online has its advantages alsoThis is a good capacity for a family of 4-5 but when guests come over it is still good enough for cooking and heating large quantities.This is a convection oven which means it has three options to offer you. You can microwave, you can grill or you can bake .This microwave looks very beautiful sitting on the kitchen platform. The door has a floral design. I had seen this and another one and liked the other one more with silver body. Rest of the features are exactly the same.This particular model has some other features like auto cook , pasteurisation and diet fry which are good as the modern lifestyle require these things.This comes with a starter kit which includes a tawa pan, two grill stands, two microwaveable plastic containers , an idli case, a container for pasteurisation, rotissarie barbecue rod and a cook book.The cavity is made of stainless steel.when I contacted the customer care they sent a person for demo.They also provide three free cooking classes to get started with using the appliance. You can get all your doubts cleared and even request the instructor to prepare a particular recipe.The cooking instructor was very supportive and welcomed the participants to continue as long as they wanted !!The instructions manual has a number of recipes which makes use of auto cook option also.Initially the Customer care was not too helpful but recently they have improved a lot and when the microwave had some issue they sent the technician with some paperwork to ensure he doesn’t sham or overcharge.After the technician left the CC called to confirm the amount paid. There are visitation charges after the warranty period is over. It has one year warranty.I have been using the oven for the past 2 years and this appliance has become indispensable in my kitchen as it is just like a kitchen help which cooks and heats without a need for supervision as you don’t have to keep time . It makes cooking stress free and easy.But do take care to check if a particular container or bowl is microwave safe. I’d recommend glass / borosilicate containers over plastic ones for use in microwave.Happy shopping and cooking 😊

Purchased this oven online for the first time. Easy to use. Looks elegant. I have been using other brands & only 23 L. This is the third one. 32 L for the first time. HappyInvoice not received from the Company. Worried about Warranty coverage. The LG representative did call and visited for Demo. I think.I should not have told him that I have been using MW Oven since many years. He was too fast. Explained in hyst few demos. Said everything is preset..! Fir rest asked me to read the instructions and go through recipes. Saw some good reviews and went for this. Had many doubts. Bug the executive hardly spent time. He appeared to be in a hurry. Milk heating is preset for 1 L 2 L etc. If we need to heat half litres don’t we have to set manually? Or just monitor and stop the oven manually?I have not received the Invoice. When I asked for Warranty coverage he showed the book. He said I need to have the Invoice to claim if needed in future. Do I have to register so that the oven receives warranty? If it is automatic then without invoice what do I do?The executive did inform that if I wanted any technical help I can call him. I felt he cooks have spent some more time to demonstrate manual operations too. Product as such is very good and value for money.Observed a new feature. Unlike my old ovens (23L of other brands) the display board exhibits ‘0’ only when start button is pressed. Otherwise no indication even when the power switch is on.I will have to find out about this and manual settings.Over all happy and hoping for the best. Thanks Amazon & LG

Awesome product from LG… there is a lot of preprogrammed menu suitable for everyone… easy to use…. demo was given right on the next day by LG at home… package was very securely delivered by amazon on the expected date.. no dent no damages at all… got all accessories as mentioned i.e. 1 high rack, 1 low rack, 2 litre milk pasturise container, 1 metal tawa, rotisserie bar and holder plus 2 treo microwave safe bowls from lg… planning to attend the 3 cooking classes that LG offers … We bouht 32 litre all in one which is like very bigg.. have to keep in mind where you want to place it
