I bought this excellent drilling machine at sale for 1699/- this is not a commercial driller. But still I does a great job on wood windows, sintex doors, brick walls, PVC pipes, vinyl boards etc.We will get 4 drill bits with this drilling machine, it has hammer drilling options as well.Caution: DO NOT USE THIS ON CONCRETE WALLS

I bought this after checking many brands and models. Bosch was my first consideration but skipped due to high price being a premium brand and comes with many freebies.This machine’s chuck I received looked a used one and had paint marks upon arrival itself. See the first photo. Hower, I continued using it. I got this for 1800.00 of lighting deal.Liked:1. Worth for money.2. Good finish. Matte orange grip and a breeze to hold.3. Variable speed. Helps to screw and unscew scews.4. Used with brush attachments I bought separately. Very good for cleaning.5. Higher speed and power compared to battery powered hand drills. Mostly 4 times. Drilling wood is just felt like doing on a butter.Did not like:1. Short cord. Need to use an extension box everytime. Can’t use regular one being this cunsumes 500watts. Made a custom one and costed another 500 bucks.2. Speed lock works only at full speed. Really wished on slower speeds while using brush attachments. Difficult to keep constant speed while we change the angles of hold.3. The drill bits supplied was cheap in quality and damged. I verified by going to a drill repair centre. The drill bit tips were misplaced off the exact center hence heavy shake while drilling. Buying a good quality bit for 100 bucks solved this problem. I doubt the free given bits were QA rejected from factory.

Quality of the bits provided may not be that much high.I think this is a good product for all home use. If you go for Bosch, Dewaltz or any other high end brand you will have to spend few hundred bucks more.Every item shown in the site page was provided. Packing was not at all stanadard.People who are buying Black and Decker must first check whether the product name is “Black and Decker” or “Black + Decker”. Please try to understand the difference.

Please improve your packaging. Local aur bekar sa box diya hai Black and Decker ne. Aur Bosch ki drill se compete nahi kar sakti iss drill ki quality and plastic. Baaki kuch time use karke pata chalega uske baad actual rating karunga. Abhi ke liye 3 to 4 star. Aamzon aap apne delivery associate se please boliye ki outer box and saaman ko Buri tarah se girate hue na lekar aayen customer ke paas. THANKYOU….Now after using it for almost 1 month, I can say the power of this drill machine is satisfactory but the drill bits are of average quality….Vaise metal drills maine khud market hardware shop se purchase ki. Reverse and and forward screws bhi khol deti hai yeh machine…Walls mein holes bhi theek thak karti hai…aur Bathroom tiles, wooden and metal almaari mein maine use ki toh theek thak lagi performance iss 550 watts Black and decker drill overall I can say…Value for money hai…baaki Maine amazon normal offer mein 2100 rs ki purchase ki hai…Jabki Amazon Lightning deal mein 1600 rs se 1900 rs tak mil jaati hai….isse sasti drill machine mein complaints bohot hai toh I can suggest ki jinka budget 2000 rs ka hai toh purchase kar sakte hain isko…kyunki Box, drill bits and Rinch ke sath lena mehanga bhi padega aur quality bhi alag se JK brand ya Bosch ki lena better rahega…kyunki Faltu mein aur paise lagana is not worthy..haan agar kisi ko heavy use jaise ki Pure concrete and heavy metal hole karna hai toh better to go for 4500- 5000 rs Drill, otherwise for normal use like brick wall and wodden or thin iron Almirah yeh drill theek hai.

Quality product from Black & Decker unlike local cheap craps, worth every penny, motor is excellent , robust design and drills like a charm, I had drilled almost 200 holes at a go, no issues, no jamming, no heating, worked like charm, but be choosy with the quality of drill bits.Tips: for drilling plastics and pvc, use dowell bits of low dia like 1 mm first, then drill with higher dia bits like 6 mm etc, never ever use the masonary bits supplied with the pack, they are of cheap quality.hope this helps.

Great Product from Black & Decker, I love the drill. It’s very sturdy and heavy too. Awesome power drill. Get yourself ready for a heavily weighted drill and power drilling. You can feel the rotational speed. The trigger can control the speed of drilling. So, its very good for screwing too.**Very very bad packaging. I didn’t expected it from Amazon Prime Fulfilled order. The package was partially damaged. Luckly drill was fine. I have attacted some of the photos, as for reference to my statement.
